This blog is the official media channel for the University of South Carolina's participation in the Global Great Power Race, organized by 350.org! Ashley Southall Tweeted: Emmanuel Mensah, a private in the Army National Guard, evacuated his six roommates and rescued four neighbors from a deadly Bronx fire. He went back in the building to save more, but wound up among the 12 victims who did not survive:
